We’re absolutely thrilled to share that our Secondary Letting Licence for Struthan Cottage has officially been renewed by Argyll & Bute Council! 🎉
Following the renewal process and submission of all the necessary compliance documentation, our beautiful wee holiday cottage at Kilmoluaig on the Isle of Tiree is licensed for another three years, taking us right through until our next renewal in August 2029. 🏝️
Scotland’s Short-Term Let licensing scheme is designed to ensure holiday accommodation meets required standards and provides a safe experience for visitors, with licences normally running for three years.
For us, it’s another important milestone and reflects the work that goes on behind the scenes to ensure Struthan Cottage remains safe, compliant, comfortable and ready to welcome our guests.
