1. Struthan Cottage
Struthan Cottage – Sleeps 4/6 people – Available to Let all Year Round
Struthan Cottage is situated in Kilmoluaig, on the North West side of the sunshine Isle of Tiree, Scotland.
This traditional stone built Holiday Cottage is close to 100 years old, but in 2009 we fully renovated it installing underfloor and new central heating, brand new electrical wiring and plumbing throughout, and finished it off with some very nice fixtures and features all with modern fittings.
A combination of old and new, this Holiday Cottage sleeps 4 to 6 people comfortably in it’s 2 bedrooms (& double sofa bed), and is only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Struthan Cottage is located on the edge of Loch Bhassapol, which is the island’s premier inland Surfing location, and not only offers stunning views across the loch, but because of its relative isolation, allows peace and tranquility for you to enjoy your holiday.
Prices are affordable and letting is all year round. Well behaved pets are welcome for a small additional charge. Being ideally suited near the community broadband mast, means one of the strongest Wi-Fi connections on the island, all included in the price. Be sure to check out our current promotions, and remember, at off peak times and quite uniquely for Tiree, we even let the cottage out on a nightly basis!

2. Struthan Byre
Struthan Byre – Under Development – Not Available Yet
Our 2nd Cottage, Struthan Byre is currently undergoing planning permission and is expected to commence after 2024. We have no further information on Struthan Byre proposals at the moment, but can guarantee that work will not affect your holiday in adjacent Struthan Cottage.
When the renovation is complete, the byre WON’T be let out to others whilst you’re there, but instead will be offered to you as an “optional extra” unlocking further bedrooms and facilities if you have a larger party travelling with you.
For clarity, only Struthan Cottage is available for Accommodation bookings at this time.
