Here’s where you check our Availability and Prices. Bookings are made from our Book Now Page. Availability rolls approx. 24 months from the current month. We let our cottage weekly from Saturday to Saturdays (Changeover days) so you should always choose a Saturday to Saturday for minimum 7 nights. However, in Winter from November through to end March, we’re willing to accept nightly bookings. Nightly Prices are shown, set depending upon demand.

Availability Tips & Information
- Prices shown are per Night (regardless of occupancy up to 6 people) and include for reasonable use of electricity, wifi and cleaning.
- Pets are welcome for a small £15 surcharge when booking.
- Arrival time to access the Cottage is not before 12.00 Midday though it is possible to arrange Priority Arrival earlier for 11.00am when Booking allowing you to go straight to the cottage coming from the ferry or plane. Checking Out is always by 09.00am.
- Small Discounts are available at checkout for returning guests.
- Easter, Summer and Events like TMF or Wave Classic get booked fast! If you’re considering a Summer break on Tiree, it’s advisable to book as early as possible to guarantee your dates! Remember our calendar adds another future month as each current month expires.
- 20% deposit is required in order to make a Booking and is strictly non refundable. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. Travel Insurance recommended.
- Check back often for Promotions. We usually have discounts on available imminent dates!
