Some evenings on Tiree simply take your breath away… and this was certainly one of them.
As the sun slipped below the horizon, the sky above Kilmoluaig was transformed into a stunning canvas of soft pinks, warm oranges and delicate blues. The peaceful waters reflected the fading light, while the quiet landscape settled into another tranquil Hebridean evening.
This is the view enjoyed from Struthan Cottage – a reminder that some of the best moments on Tiree don’t involve rushing anywhere at all. Just sit back with a cup of tea (or something stronger!), breathe in the fresh Atlantic air, and watch nature put on its nightly show.
Tiree is famous for its spectacular sunsets, thanks to its wide-open western horizons, clean air and expansive skies, making every evening a little different from the last.
