It’s been windy recently, a stark difference from the Wave Classic week last month, which unfortunately for the surfers saw next to no wind. Indeed, whilst we were out filming, the usual blustery microphone noises were non existent as seas and the wind was very calm.
In sheltered places like Scarinish Harbour the sea was like glass, as this photo shows. An unusual experience for us in Tiree. Normality returns with some fine November winds.
