Great news for our guests (and us!). We’ve now had our installation date confirmed for full fibre broadband going live at Struthan Cottage.
Committed to going holiday guests the best experience and a connection worthy of 2025, we’re upgrading our current 15mb to a ludicrously fast 500mb! Superfast fibre broadband has recently been installed around the island and due to some pre-interest registered at an early date, our service goes live this summer in mid July! We’ll be at the cottage to oversee the installation at a time which won’t inconvenience guests.
A reminder, the current broadband has been adequate to run Netflix, retrieve emails, watch videos and for gaming but about to be supercharged, after mid July guests will be able to use multiple devices at the same time without any buffering.
As always, we try hard to give our guests the best experience and fully understand being connected in now part of everyday life for many people. An upgrade of 33 times faster?!! Bring it on!
