Yesterday afternoon, Oban’s main road was closed off, for a unique world breaking event. The world’s largest strip!
BUT…before you get too curious, i’m referring of course to the Scottish Dance, “Strip the willow!”
Hundreds of people took part dancing to a sound system set up with live piped music. It attracted just as many people watching from the tourist sidelines, than those taking part. Traffic disruption aside, it looked like great fun! This post contains 2 videos of the day.
