Tiree Summer Events

If you happen to be on Tiree over the coming fortnight, you’re in for a bit of a treat! It’s the height of the Summer Season and there’s a LOT on, plenty of entertainment and days (and evenings!) out for all the family. Here’s a quick rundown:

  • Wed 15th July: Tiree Rural Development Family Night at An Talla Hall 7-9pm

  • Sat 18th July: Tiree Sailing regatta at Scarinish Old Harbour
  • Mon 20th July: Tiree Christmas Parties Family Dance at An Talla 7pm – 9pm
  • Fri 24th July: Tiree Agricultural Show at the Rural Centre featuring “Tiree’s Got Talent!”
  • Fri 24th July: Tiree Agricultural Show Dance at An Talla 9.30pm
  • Sat 25th July: Skippnish Album Launch and Concert at An Talla 7pm
  • Sat 1st August: The Main Tiree Regatta at Scarinish Old Harbour 9.30am – late

Tourists are most welcome at these events, and having been to most of these in previous years, i can confirm they are an excellent day out for all the family. As well as these major entertainment events, Tiree Summer Season also offers:

  • 1st June – 28th August: Shoreline Painting Exhibition at Blue Beyond in Balemartine
  • 1st August: Day long “Renewable Communities” conference in An Talla

Question is, just how ARE YOU going to fit all this in?!
