They specialise in cooking local produce. Beef, lamb, lobster, crab, langoustine and prawns. Wherever possible they use locally grown vegetables and potatoes and bake their own bread, scones, cakes and pastries daily. Their chutneys, salsas and pickles are mainly homemade using only the best ingredients which sums up their aim….Food, Pure and Simple.
