I was looking through some old pictures of Tiree online and found this old map of the North West area of Tiree. I’m not sure where the map came from or when it dates from either. However you can clearly see Loch Bhasapol where Struthan Cottage now sits adjacent to. Theres a large green area in the middle called “The Great Common” although im not sure what this relates to? Tiree seems to be divided up into areas with definitive boundaries and there’s an apparent lack of any roads. If you know more about this map, i’d love to know. Thanks.
