Air Passengers are facing further disruption as ash from the Icelandic volcano drifted back towards UK airspace.
Barra, Benbecula and Tiree airports in the outer Hebrides were shut following advice from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) as they were in the buffer zone imposed around high concentrations of ash. Loganair cancelled flights between Benbecula and Glasgow and Benbecula and Stornoway while flights between Glasgow and Tiree and Barra were delayed. More news as we get it.
