Looking forward to going to Struthan Cottage on Saturday 5th December. (Hope the boat sails in this wild weather!) I’m going to be doing some maintenance work in and around the cottage. Plans to fit draft excluder, attend to further drainage outside, replace light bulbs, batteries and winter programme the heating controls. Also going to do some painting, weeding and fully checking and cleaning everything.
Taking a few new things up too! A new kettle, new pots and pans, a new larger rug for the living room, spare bedding and towels, warm throws for the beds and seats and more storage for clothes upstairs. I’ll be blogging my entire visit here on the News page between 5th and 8th December.
