Maintenance Notice: Please be aware, once a month, a maintenance person will be at the cottage to cut the grass and attend to weeding. They will of course stay out your way, will NOT need into the cottage and will be no more than 1.5 hours. You may even be out when this happens within normal working hours.
If this happens to you, as per our agreed Booking terms and conditions Item 22, our maintenance person MUST be allowed access to the garden and should not be turned away by guests to come back later. We appreciate your holiday and your privacy very much and do all we can to ensure you’re not disturbed, but having the grass cut, and weeded and occasional painting outside, can only improve your holiday experience. Your acceptance of this is appreciated ensuring we (and our hard working local maintenance people) don’t incur unnecessary cost. Thanks.
