I have to say i have thoroughly enjoyed my last day of this March visit to Tiree. The weather , esepcially this morning was just superb. Spring was truly here and it was warm enough to have no jacket! I went a run on Balevulin beach early doors, then went a drive around the island, taking these photographs. Had lunch at the Balemartine Farmhouse Cafe, which is now open now that Spring season is here. Came back to the cottage and caught up on some emails, with the laptop outside at the picnic table! Tidied the cottage ahead of visitors this evening and of course holiday guests arriving tomorrow. So, bookings continue throughout 2010 with the cottage now fully booked until October!! If you’re thinking of visiting Tiree, don’t be dissapointed by waiting until the last minute. Consider booking your 2011 holiday now. I promise you, 2011 is about to fill up VERY fast in the coming weeks. I hope the next few guests get weather like i’ve had today.
