Broadband!
Another interesting development happened last week when Struthan Cottage got broadband! Yes, all holiday guests will have free access to the cottage’s own wifi system, and im pleased to report, its super fast! (The Tiree broadband mast is on a little hill very close to the cottage, which is handy!)
In fact, it was so fast, i managed a video call from my laptop back home using Skype. If you have a Skype phone, you’ll be able to make free telephone calls whilst you’re there. Of course, being connected to the Tiree Internet now, holidaymakers will be able to do a bit of surfing indoors, as well as out!
